It can knit single rid top&tying,double rid top, mesh and tuck etc.patterns.Can knit different men/women/children/short/plain & terry sport/leisure socks, wrister bandeau and so on.
1.Drumless& fully computerized control system. Servo motor drives cylinder running. UPS system keeps the memory of the the rrogram and can continue knitting after instantaneous power failure.
2. Patterns are designed by computer program software, and connect with machine by USB,easy to control.
3.Conrrollers sdopt the most sdvanced 32bits processor, keep machines running more stabiy.
4.Controllers can stock more than 10 pattern and chain programs.
5.Control elastic tightness and yarn density by stepping motor, and can control different parts’ensity gradually.
6.Automatic lubrication system, computer controls lubrication’s time and amount to make sure every important part’s lubrication.
7. Large LCD can show trouble, product amount, running speed and other technical parameter with Chinese/English by customers’ requirements. Controllers can know the machines’ running status.
